Returns are accepted only if a product reaches you damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered. Should this happen, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear unboxing video so we can verify the issue. The item must be unused and remain in its original packaging. Once the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method; the amount typically reflects in your account within seven to ten business days. Please note that any prepaid shipping charges are non refundable.
